Terms of Use – Senjaro

Welcome to Senjaro (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Senjaro website, applications, booking systems, payment services (SenjaroPay), and related digital platforms (the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by SENJARO PAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in Tanzania. Registered address: Chole Road, Msasani, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. About Senjaro

Senjaro is a digital tourism and lifestyle platform operated by SENJARO PAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Users can discover and book travel experiences, events, and related services. SenjaroPay enables secure digital payments in TZS and USD.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18, or using the Platform with guardian consent.
• You have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for false information, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and vendor confirmation.
• Prices may be shown in TZS and/or USD and can change before payment.
• Payments are processed via SenjaroPay and partner providers.
• We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
• Refunds follow vendor and Senjaro policies for each booking.

5. Subscriptions (Recurring Memberships)

Senjaro supports both one-time purchases and optional recurring memberships. Most bookings (experiences, events, and similar services) are one-time payments by default. A subscription applies only when a product is clearly offered as a membership or recurring plan at checkout.

5.1 One-time purchases

• Charged once for the selected booking or service.
• No automatic renewals or future charges for that purchase.
• Refunds and cancellations follow the booking and vendor policies.

5.2 Optional recurring memberships

Where a subscription or membership is offered, you may choose it at checkout. Recurring billing is never required for ordinary one-time bookings. When you enrol in a membership, the following applies:

• Billing is monthly, starting on the purchase date, in TZS or USD as selected at checkout.
• Your payment method is charged automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Before payment, you must actively accept Billing Terms via an unticked checkbox. Pre-ticked consent is not used.
• Cancel anytime in Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains available until it ends unless stated otherwise at purchase.
• Failed renewals may pause membership access until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.

One-click / card-on-file auto-checkout without explicit consent is not offered on this Platform.

6. Platform Conduct

Do not misuse the Platform, scrape data, interfere with payments or security, or post unlawful content. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

7. Third-Party Services

Senjaro facilitates bookings with independent vendors. We are not responsible for vendor service quality, delays, or cancellations. Review vendor policies before booking.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENJARO PAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not liable for losses arising from third-party vendor services, external payment failures, or incorrect information supplied by users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
