Senjaro User Data Deletion

    This webpage provides information on how to request the deletion of your data associated with your use of the Senjaro app.

    Data Deletion Request

    To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to [email protected] or with an application follow the following steps

    • Open the Senjaro app and navigate to profile
    • Select "Settings" section and then select "Delete Account"
    • You will be prompted to confirm your request. Once confirmed, Senjaro will initiate the data deletion process.

    Data Deletion Process

    Upon receiving your request, Senjaro will begin deleting your data, including:

    • User account information (name, email address)
    • App usage data (activity logs, preferences)
    • Any other data directly linked to your user identity

    Data Deletion Timeline

    Senjaro will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

    Data Retention

    Senjaro may retain certain data for legal or compliance purposes, These data will be anonymized and will not be associated with your individual user profile.
